I broke down on the Parkway at Exit 145. Can your company come to the shoulder?
On the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway the shoulder itself is served by the Turnpike Authority's authorized garages; book with us anyway, and once the authorized truck has the car off the highway we take it from the exit or the garage's lot to the shop or driveway you choose, at the same flat quoted price. Book that second leg with us before the first one ends.
Does your company tow from University Hospital and the campus decks?
Yes. Security lets our truck in once you have phoned. Most of those calls are batteries, which our driver handles as a jump.
Vailsburg is the far side of Newark from your yard. Does that raise the price?
No. The fee is fixed and the miles run from the car to its destination. A company truck already in the city is usually nearer than the yard.
